Creamy Stevia Vanilla Pops Recipe
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
4 teaspoons HerbCare stevia supreme spoonable or 1/2 teaspoon HerbCare stevia supreme concentrate.
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package gelatin
1/4 cup water
In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water; let stand 5 mins. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, combine cold evaperated milk, stevia, vanilla and gelatin. With electric mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Spoon mixture into 3 oz paper cups. Cover with foil. Insert wooden sticks through the foil into the mixture. Freeze till firm. ( can also use re-usable plastic ice-pop molds)...
