We offer a 30 day money back refund on all unopened products.
The products must be in the same New condition as when purchased with all seals on the outer and inner packaging still in place.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns.
All moneys will be refunded via the original payment method to the original payee.
Our
return procedure is outlined below and must be followed in order for
refunds to be successfully granted, please read the above terms and
follow the instructions below carefully:
1. Contact us to let us know you wish to return an item, quote your original order number and date of purchase.
2. Wait for us to send you an official Return Authorization number.
3. Print a copy of the Return Authorization Number email we send you and include it with the carefully packaged items to be returned. Ship via a traceable shipping service to the address below.

Send us the tracking number for the return. Once we are in receipt of
the returned items and have verified that they are unopened and in
their original condition we will issue you notice of acceptance and you
will be issued a refund as per the terms above.
