Stevia Jam Recipe
1 pound fresh blueberries or sugar free frozen blueberries, thawed
1 1/2 to 2 tsp HerbCare Stevia Supreme concentrate
7 tsps fresh lemon juice
Place blueberries in a saucepan, mashing slightly with a potato masher. Simmer until soft, stirring occasionally. Dissolve stevia in lemon juice and stir into blueberries. Simmer until jam is thickened, about 30-40 mins. Cool and refrigerate in a covered jar or store in the freezer.
