Sweet and Sour Sauce

Stevia Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

3/4 cup water

1/3 cup ketchup

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot

5 teaspoons HerbCare stevia supreme spoonable or 1/2 to 3/4 tsp of HerbCare stevia supreme concentrate .

In a heavy saucepan combine water, vinegar, ketchup, stevia and soy sauce. Stir in cornstarch. Over medium heat, cook, stiring constantly until thick and bubbly, then continue cooking for 1 minute more. Remove from heat. Great over vegetables, meat, chicken etc.

Makes approx 1 cup. Four 1/4 cup servings.
